Life at 21:

So yesterday I turned 21 years old. 21!!
I also fell down and skinned my knee. It's quite hilarious to me that at 21 I have a skinned knee. Like I'm 12. Ha.

In other news! I get really frustrated when I think of all the things I wish I could do. For example, there are so so so many people in need. I want to be able to reach each one of them and help them. Then when I realize that I can't possibly do this, due to my limited funds and lack of other resources, I get very overwhelmed and think that there's nothing I can do. Same thing with oooh say, recycling. I realize how important it is, and then I think, there's so much to be done! Same thing happens; I end up doing nothing.
Well, I am here to say, I am sick and tired of nothing.
Any effort, any at all, is better than nothing.
A little something is not nothing. And I can do something.
So I may not singlehandedly save the world, but I'll be able to feel like maybe, just maybe I made a difference somewhere, to someone, somehow.

Live it and be blessed,

Neglect.

It seems that is was pointless to start this "blog". I haven't been back since!
I have thought of it though. If that counts for anything.

Life comes at you fast. How do you deal?
I wish I had some people to get feedback from here. That'd be nice.

I have to give a presentation in two days.
It only has to be three minutes long, approximately, but I am still feeling nervous because I have to be in front of people.
The nice thing about it is that as soon as I am finished, I am free! Free for an entire week! Spring Break is truly a gift from God. *personally I think this alone is enough to make anyone believe!!*

The John Mayer concert, which took place on March 5th, was absolutely AMAZING!
I couldn't have asked for a better concert.
Maybe later in the post I'll put up a few of my favorite pictures.
I think the other goers really liked it, too. (Mary, Rachel, and David, that is.)

My birthday is coming up! Only 21 days until I'm 21! Crazy. I'm not really sure that I'm excited. I haven't decided what 21 will be like. Probably not much different than 20, but if each day is a new adventure, imagine what I can do with this year!

Live it and be blessed,
